Our Estimator / Construction Manager will meet with you at site to discuss your project. This will allow us to ask the necessary questions to each other. With this meeting we will share ideas, concepts and come up with a plan which will allow us to move on to the estimating phase.

Our team will determine the cost of your project from products and services involved.

Professional Trade Services will send you an estimate that will go through your project and materials and any services required for the job. This will give you an opportunity to ask any questions to ensure you are satisfied.

To accept the estimate you accept online, via email or we get you to sign the paperwork. You will then be sent a materials invoice, once the materials are paid for we will order your materials for the job.

Once all the materials have been received, Professional Trade Services will contact you to book a time to start your project. The construction manager to meet with you to go through the project and ask if you have any questions. You will be able to contact us throughout the whole project.

The Construction Manager will go through the job with the team and start your project. Professional Trade Services will provide you with updates throughout the project big or small. This will allow us to let you know if there will be any variations that may be requested or any additional changes that may occur to the project, this will keep you informed throughout the process so there are no surprises.

Once the project is completed, Professional Trade Services will make sure your site is clean and tidy. One of your managers will come out to do a final check, together you will sign off the project off.
